Jonathan’s inspiring story39 year-old company director Jonathan had got into a few bad habits over the years. His work takes him away from home for several nights each week and his lifestyle is not particularly healthy. Many hours in the car each day, take-away food purchased on the road, late evening meals and late nights in hotels had all meant that Jonathan had gained weight. In addition, his alcohol consumption was far too high as he was drinking white wine almost by habit every evening. As well as being overweight Jonathan also had occasional problems with depression and anxiety taking prescribed medicine and attributing these problems to pressure of work. Jonathan had always intended to go on a diet but there was never a convenient time. In the past attempts to control eating hadn’t yielded much success and left him feeling that it was all a bit pointless. Reading an article about how actor Daniel Craig prepared for his role as 007 in the film Casino Royale inspired Jonathan to do something. Craig had achieved great results fast with the correct advice, excellent nutrition and exercise regime. A friend recommended Body Science (BSC) because of the expert advice he had received and the superb quality of their products. Jonathan started by completing a BSC 24/5 Nutrition Plan. This involved giving an honest account his activities, food intake and feelings over a 5-day period. BSC analysed his diet and activities and provided him with a customised Wellbeing Plan to suit his particular needs. By following the Plan Jonathan lost 11 lbs in weight in just nine days, is eating properly and exercising regularly and as a result looks and feels so much better. He’s well on the way to looking and feeling as good as his role model – Daniel Craig. Why we chose to work with the BodyScience team as our preferred supplierBodyScience (BSc) is acknowledged as one of Australia's market leaders in dietary supplements and sports compression manufacturing, having worked with the 2006 and 2007 Great Britain Rugby League Team and 2006 and 2007 Australian Rugby League Team. With their consistent results and dedication we were able to go above and beyond my player acceptance and belief in these supplements with the Great Britain side.” Beyond Nutrition - your sport, your plan
