The Sportscoach21 website and its materials, content and technology system are prepared, designed or procured by Creating Careers Ltd and made available over the Internet.

You will be responsible for your use of the Sportscoach21 website and its materials and content. You indemnify Creating Careers Ltd from all claims, costs and expenses including legal expenses arising out of your use of the Sportscoach21 website, its materials, content and links and the transmission or posting of materials by you, or your use of materials transmitted or posted by others, on the Sportscoach21 website. Creating Careers Ltd reserves the right to delete, edit or otherwise modify at its sole discretion and without notice any materials transmitted or posted by you on the Sportscoach21 website, which in its opinion are of a deleterious or unacceptable nature or which do not conform to the rules. If you consider that materials transmitted or posted by others on the Sportscoach21 website infringe any third party rights you may have, you must notify Creating Careers Ltd immediately.

Copyright of Sportscoach21 website materials and content and all other intellectual property rights of the Sportscoach21 website, materials and content remain with Creating Careers Ltd at all times. You may make a single copy of that material which it is necessary to copy for your own individual study purposes. You may not share that copy with any other person.

You will be held responsible for maintaining the security of any username and password giving you access to any password secured areas of the Sportscoach21 website at all times. You must not leave your computer unattended whilst logged on to any password secured areas of the Sportscoach21 website if by doing so you could allow, nor must you otherwise allow, other persons to access the password secured parts of the Sportscoach21 website through the use of your username and password. If you believe that another person has discovered your username and password you must notify Creating Careers Ltd at once.

Creating Careers Ltd reserves the right to withdraw your access to the password secured areas of the Sportscoach21 website in the event of your non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.

Refund Policy

If there is a problem, and that problem cannot be resolved via our normal support mechanisms, refund claims should be emailed to order@creatingcareers.com along with:

• As many details as you can provide about the purchase (WorldPay Transaction ID, Merchant's Reference).
• The reason why you are claiming a refund.

In all cases, refunds are given at the discretion of the company.
